The quest for higher education has for ages proved a bumpy ride for most students who come from poor backgrounds in Kenya. But for 27 year old Constantine Wakhungu, a blind student of Kenyatta University who hails from Navakholo constituency in Kakamega county, the fight for a student loan from the government has proven to be a nightmare.
