Student loan interest rates to double in July?

Student loan debt has surpassed the $1 trillion mark and in July things can get a little trickier for college grads struggling to pay off their school loans. If Congress doesn't act fast, interest rates on government subsidized loans can potentially increase two-fold by July First.
