President of teacher's union discuss student-loan forgiveness bill
A bill that would give high school teachers student-loan forgiveness unanimously passed a committee on Monday. There are some conditions though. They have to stay in Oklahoma and teach here for seven years. And it's required that they were enrolled in an education program and graduated from an Oklahoma university or college. Ed Allen, President of Oklahoma City Chapter of American Federation of Teachers, joins KOCO 5 this morning to discuss this bill.
