Arcuri Visits Rescue Mission of Utica

March 29, 2010: Congressman Arcuri visited the Rescue Mission of Utica to highlight $700,000 in federal funding he helped secure for renovations of the Parker House emergency shelter for homeless men through the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York's Affordable Housing Program. This grant will help the Rescue Mission, which has been operating beyond capacity 90 percent of the time, add more beds and help more of those in need.
