The company expanded to Arizona in 1962 and into California in 1963 and was the first U.S. homebuilder to expand into France in 1967. It completed an initial public offering in 1986, and from that time was known as Kaufman and Broad Home Corporation until 2001 when its name was shortened to KB Home.

I am a second KB Home buyer. I was satisfied with my first purchase and decided to upgrade and get a larger house. I have had this house for 8 years and I am 100% dissatisfied.
